SALES EXECUTIVE

Sales Role Summary

The sales role entails representing the company as a Sales Executive to promote and sell BTI Studios’ localization services to both existing and new clients as well as acting as the main point of contact, co-ordinator, and owner of CRM maintenance (Salesforce), databases and quoting processes and documentation. The position requires you build and maintain client relationships. Under supervision of the VP and SVP Sales to drive revenue growth towards achieving an annual sales target. Trust and customer service are at the heart of BTI’s values.

Responsibilities
  • Support both new business and growth of existing clients across the EMEA Sales Team
  • Respond to and manage requests for quotes and close deals across a range of clients and according to sales target (with support of VP/SVP)
  • Proactively maintain accounts for existing clients with respect to relationships with relevant contacts
  • Collaboration with team of Project/Account Managers whose roles involve supporting growth of existing contractual accounts
  • Where required, assist in RFP (Request For Proposal) processes as a member of the BTI Studios International Sales Team and be responsible for duties connected to the process, such as procuring prices from subcontractors, calculating margins
  • Operate collaboratively a part of UK Business Unit, EMEA and Global Sales Team
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of costing and pricing models
  • Maintain Management Information Systems and processes including Salesforce and Pricing Models (quotes, contracts, reports etc)
  • Co-ordinate sales enquiries and ensure all requests are followed up with appropriate actions, acting as central point of contact as required
General Responsibilities
  • Regular contact with clients
  • Some business travel may be necessary
  • Attend relevant industry events to seek new business avenues and generate new client leads
  • Assist in other administrative company tasks as and when requested
 
Person Specification/Key Skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the localization industry
  • Proactive and reliable to maintain existing relationships with the ambition to develop new accounts
  • Excellent communicator both in written and spoken communication
  • Open and collaborative, effective team player and confident to prioritise a dynamic workload
  • Diplomacy and cultural sensitivity, demonstrating the ability to cooperate with colleagues across departments and locations globally
  • Understand appropriate professional conduct, particularly when representing the company at meetings and events
  • Sound knowledge and interest in the localisation and access services industry, and the media industry in general
  • Salesforce experience advantageous
