The sales role entails representing the company as VP Sales, EMEA, to promote and sell BTI Studios’ localization services to both existing and new clients. The position requires you build and maintain client relationships to independently drive revenue growth towards achieving an annual sales target. Trust and customer service are at the heart of BTI’s values.

  • Adopt a ‘hunter’ approach to identify, develop and close new deals/partnerships across a range of target organisations.
  • Manage sales accounts for existing clients with respect to relationships with relevant client contacts,
  • Collaboration with team of Project/Account Managers whose roles involve maximizing potential of existing contractual accounts by a ‘farming’ approach.
  • Assist in RFP (Request For Proposal) processes as a member of the BTI Studios International Sales Team and be responsible for duties connected to the process, such as procuring prices from subcontractors, calculating margins
  • Produce regular sales analysis and sales development, pipeline and reports.
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Operate collaboratively a part of UK Business Unit, EMEA and Global Sales Team.

  • Person Specification/Key Skill
Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B sales Nurturing and creative in maximizing opportunities within existing clients
  • Proactive and driven in seeking new clients with a proven track record in exceeding sales target
  • Excellent communicator both in written and spoken communication
  • Open and collaborative, effective team player and confident to prioritise a dynamic workload
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Diplomacy and cultural sensitivity, demonstrating the ability to cooperate with colleagues across departments and locations globally
  • Understand appropriate professional conduct, particularly when representing the company at meetings and events
  • Sound knowledge and interest in the localization and access services industry, and the media industry in general
