Sales Coordinator

BTI Studios is among the world’s largest localization companies providing dubbing, subtitling, and access services in any language. Founded in 1995, BTI Studios today operates 24 local facilities globally, spanning a network of fully-owned local sites across Europe, Asia, and the US. BTI Studios’ clients are broadcasters, such as BBC Worldwide, Discovery Networks, and Turner; major film studios such as NBC Universal, Warner, Disney and Fox; and VoD Platforms, such as Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team to retain and grow business with clients. You’ll be a member of the US sales operation based in Los Angeles and will support both the Global SVP Sales and SVP Sales, Americas, work closely with the Vendor Manager, Operations departments across all BTI offices and perform administrative duties, run reports and ensure the Sales systems are up to date.

Main Functions

  • Provide support to the Global SVP Sales and SVP Sales, Americas in a range of Sales activities and projects
  • Maintain and update Salesforce, manage ad-hoc sales reporting, documents and presentations, provide general admin support to the team
  • Perform market research and feed leads into the sales funnel
  • Support the marketing department with collating contact and project information from the sales team
  • Support the marketing department with press releases and press contacts
  • Publish sales updates
  • Work closely with the Vendor Manager, Production and Operations departments in multiple territory offices, liaising on project requirements and rates
  • Ensure rapid response to internal enquiries and requests, and coordinate communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a point of contact for client calls and emails, and respond to client enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Develop relationships with clients and leads and send quotes as required
  • Support the sales team on other special projects as required
  • Attend networking events as required
